Adopta Una Vida is a platform and social network whose purpose is to facilitate the adoption, fostering and support of animals, connecting people, shelters and rescues, with a special commitment against animal trafficking.

Accessing and using the site grants the status of user and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. The user agrees to make lawful, diligent and good-faith use of the service.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The content, software, design, trademarks and code of the platform belong to the owner or its licensors. Content published by users remains their property; by publishing it, they grant the platform a limited license to display it and operate the service.

5. Liability

The owner is not responsible for the accuracy of content published by users nor for the adoption agreements reached between them, although it does have moderation, shelter verification and animal-trafficking prevention mechanisms. The owner does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the service.
